Dan Frawley
Managing Director
Dan has nearly 30 years of experience in the tech venture industry. He spent the first 25 years as CEO of three venture backed companies in the HR Tech and Mar Tech industries where he was able to raise over $100M in venture investment and grow each company to nearly $20M or more in sales. Two companies were acquired by public companies (Gartner and CEB) and one that filed an S-1 to go public during the tech meltdown in 2000. Dan has been a venture capitalist for the past five years. He currently leads Falmouth Ventures as Managing Director that is supported by two best in class secondary investors – Kline Hill Partners and Knightsbridge Advisors.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science from the US Naval Academy followed by seven years of service as a decorated Navy carrier fighter pilot who successfully completed 400 carrier landings. He also attended the Harvard Business School where he earned an MBA after his Naval service.
